Grill Masters Australia is committed to fast and reliable delivery Australia-wide.

✅ Processing Time:

Orders are processed within 1–2 business days (Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays).

✅ Delivery Timeframes:

Standard shipping: 4–8 business days

Express shipping: 1–3 business days

Delivery times may vary depending on your location and carrier delays.

✅ Shipping Costs:

We offer free shipping on most items Australia-wide. Some products may incur a delivery fee, which will be displayed at checkout before you confirm your order.

✅ Order Tracking:

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking link by email.

✅ Delivery Address Changes:

If you need to change your delivery address, please contact us within 12 hours of placing your order at support@grillmasters.com.au or call 1300 768 603.

Returns Policy

Your satisfaction is our priority. If you are not completely happy with your purchase, we accept returns under the following conditions:

✅ Change of Mind Returns

You may return unused, unopened items in their original packaging within 30 days of receiving them.

Return shipping costs for change of mind are the customer’s responsibility.

✅ Faulty or Damaged Items

If your item arrives damaged or faulty, please notify us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the damage.

We will organise a replacement or full refund, including shipping, at no extra cost to you.

✅ Return Process

Contact our returns team at returns@grillmasters.com.au to receive a Return Authorisation Number.

Pack the item securely, including the Return Authorisation Number inside the package.

Ship to the address provided by our support team.

Once received and inspected, we will issue your refund or replacement within 5 business days.

✅ Non-returnable Items

Items marked as clearance or final sale cannot be returned unless faulty.

Gift cards are non-refundable.
