What to Include When You Contact Us
- Existing order? Quote your order number (starts with #GM…) and we'll pull it up immediately.
- Damaged on arrival? Email support@grillmasters.com.au with photos of the damaged item AND the packaging within 48 hours of delivery. We'll arrange a free pickup and replacement.
- Warranty claim? Include order number, photos, and a short description of the fault. Most claims resolved within 5 business days.
- Product question? Tell us the product handle or URL — we'll get exact specs from the distributor and reply same day.
