1. Do you ship across Australia?
Yes, we offer free standard shipping Australia-wide, except to some remote postcodes. See our Shipping Policy for details.

2. How long does delivery take?
Delivery takes 3–10 business days depending on your location. VIC: 3–5 days, others up to 10.

3. When will my order ship?
Orders are processed in 1–2 business days. Orders after 8:00 PM AEST ship the next day.

4. Can I change my delivery address?
Yes, within 24 hours of ordering. Email us at support@grillmasters.com.au.

5. How do I track my order?
You'll receive an email with a tracking link once your order is dispatched.

6. What payments do you accept?
We accept Visa, MasterCard, AMEX, PayPal, Apple Pay, Google Pay, and Shop Pay. All prices are in AUD.

7. Can I cancel my order?
Yes, within 48 hours. After that, a $30 fee applies. If shipped, return costs also apply.

8. What if my item is damaged?
Contact us with photos at support@grillmasters.com.au. We’ll arrange a replacement or refund.

9. Do you accept returns?
Yes, within 30 days. Items must be new and unused. Free return label included.

10. Do you allow exchanges?
Yes. Exchanges follow the same conditions as returns.

11. Is tax included in the price?
Yes, GST is included in all prices.
